Southwestern Oregon Preppers (SWOP) will hold its monthly meeting on Saturday, April 18, 2026
Southwestern Oregon Preppers (SWOP) will hold its monthly meeting at 1 PM on Saturday, April 18, 2026, at the Langlois Library, 48234 US-101, Langlois, OR 97450. Please note the time change.
This month’s topic is “AM I PREPPING OR HOARDING?” One is none. Two is one. What about a dozen? A one hundred? Ten thousand? What is enough? What is too much? Can you have too much stuff? Is there ever enough? How do you determine what enough is? If you're a prepper chances are you have been accused of hoarding. Let's have a round table discussion.
Each meeting begins with an open Q&A session, offering attendees a chance to ask questions, share insights, and learn from one another before the main presentation.
This event is free and open to the public. It’s an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow preppers in southwestern Oregon, exchange knowledge, and strengthen community resilience. SWOP emphasizes self-reliance in emergencies and encourages individuals to be prepared to face disasters without expecting immediate outside assistance.
