Applied more of the advice from this sub. No shoes, shorter rope. 125 skips.

Notes from the sub last time included shortening the rope and not wearing shoes. This has worked very well!

A couple people seemed concerned about my weight/my knees. Im 145, so in the healthy weight range, just need to tighten up from being heavier in the past.

Thank you to everyone who gave me advice yesterday! I tried applying it today.

I got some good advice yesterday which I’ve tried to apply today: I’ve dropped the weighted rope in favor of the gym’s rope, which might be a speed rope? I’ve tried to jump once per skip, and I’ve tried to keep my arms still and use my wrists. I ended up going to 101 because I had a good streak going.

30 day jump rope challenge as someone who doesn’t know how to jump rope

I started a 30 day jump rope challenge yesterday to do throughout the month of April. I figure by the end of it, I’ll know how to jump rope.
