Title. Developed this annoying bubble in the middle of my palm. Not sure if it's big enough to pop or if I should wait a bit. Verdict?

Read somewhere that yellow blisters are usually a sign of infection. Do my dyshidrosis foot blisters fit that bill or am I overthinking things?
