Miles Reiter gave Felipe Hernandez $250 on 11/20/25 for this reelection campaign.

So one assumes Orange is now against Felipe as well since he received Greenway donations for his campaign?

Felipe Hernandez has the worst attendance record in SC history. Now he is leaving meetings and not coming back on time. Never seen anything like this anywhere.

Between this and learning PG&E is a major donor to his campaign. Not his day.

The three most popular pro growth urbanism movements are all about a decade old. This is where they stand today.

All pro growth Urbanist takes support building more. And research is clear we need more. What policies we use is what is debated. Strong Towns urbanism centers control in local government. YIMBY urbanism centers control in market production and private capital. People First urbanism centers control in public interest institutions that use data to increase access to housing, transportation, and economic mobility.

All these movements are about a decade old so they are very new. The underlying differences are vast though. Yimby and Strong Towns for instance have had a lot of stress lately. Strong Towns is most appealing in conservative jurisdictions and boomers. Yimby urbanism is most popular amongst upper middle class affluence and millennials. People First urbanism is most popular amongst the working class and Gen Z.

Think Doug Burgum is Strong Towns (North Dakota). Scott Weiner is Yimby (SF). Zohran Mamdani is People First (NY).

And there is overlap and cohorts and belief differences galore. And they change over time. They all used to be anti sprawl but YIMBY urbanism is now pro sprawl as advocated by Yimby Action and CAYIMBY and Texans for Housing. Strong Towns is budget focused and deeply anti sprawl. People First is focused on no one size fits all solutions, where it differs most from YIMBYism and what it shares most with Strong Towns.
