Shouldn't vehicle paths look nice outside of build mode?

The game already has a way to show vehicle tracks in the sand, so why not use that to make the new vehicles paths visible? For now they just disappear withing 2 seconds.

And now also consider those sharp edges when foundations meets the terrain (last screenshot). Imagine vehicle tracks bringing in sand and dirt along their path when they move from terrain onto foundations making the ugly edge covered by dirty. I tried to make an AI imagine how that could look like... well, hopefully you get the idea.

additional premium version of this feature could include:

  • paths with high traffic would show more tracks than those rarely used
  • tracks texture depends on the materials the path passes through: when a truck moves from dirt onto a foundation, it leaves a dirt track along its path in driving direction for about 100m. The game could replicate that.

Tractors getting stuck in mysterious ways

Screenshots are from experimental build with the new vehicles system. managed to rework most of my original road network to the new system and started slowly letting my tactors on it (8 out of 100+).

There are no signals for tractors as there are for trains and i wonder how the new path system works. Vehicles wait on empty roads and cause a traffic jam.

The leading stuck vehicles still show their path is valid and all destinations connected, but they don't want to drive anyway.

Posted it here so i can use the pictures for a bug report on the QA site: https://questions.satisfactorygame.com/post/69e56450b4a0d6184725de3d
