I walk a lot with my kids and was interested in a nice set to take along. Currently have a really cheap 10x50 and wanted to upgrade.

Was looking at the Nikon M5 8x42 or 10x42, not sure which is better

Would also be interested in something more compact? Maybe an 8x30 or 8x32

Open to all suggestions, much appreciated
