Nothin But a Good Time (Documentary)

The other day I was watching this documentary and realized that none of the episodes even mentioned the impact Bon Jovi had on the glam/hair metal scene. They’re only mentioned briefly when they talk about Skid Row, but they don’t dedicate a segment to them like they do to the other major bands. Does this reinforce the theory some of us have that Bon Jovi was more of an AOR or stadium rock band and not so much a glam band? I’ve always had a hard time seeing them as a band from that scene.

Did anyone actually try to learn guitar with this VHS? I recently saw several reviews saying it was a disaster and that it made VV look really bad with his over the top style.

Now Playing. One of my all-time favorite albums. This album is what turned me into a huge fan of Dokken and George Lynch.

What songs would you recommend for someone who wants to get into the world of glam?
