Hello gamers

What is your go-to strategy for using the barrels of different colored liquids?

Once upon a time I used to carefully allocate the points to the characters in my party that could take the most advantage out of each according to their classes.

However… on my new playthrough I just walk around and and usually dump everything on the guy that does all the shopping and that I usually have selected most of the times when adventuring (the guy when u press u number 1)

At the moment he has been consuming varying doses of magical liquids from barrels found from different towns and dungeons, I’m not sure how he feels about it cause usually he just smiles and says something like ”alright!” ”yes!”. Should I be worried? I’ve always wondered if they taste like different colored sodas.

I was wondering if this could have any negative health consequences, the guy just has all the colors of the rainbow in his system by now and I’m not sure if he could be feeling overwhelmed? But…then again everyone only drinks beer and eats apples exclusively in this universe so I’m not sure if consuming all those magical colored liquids is something to have to worry about.

Thanks

Hello gamers

I have been dabbling in MM6 recently with a 4x sorcerer build. My guys just crossed the level 40 mark.

I was wondering to you all mage enjoyers, is there ever a way to clear a dungeon in one go? It might just be me, but I feel like level 40ish is that kind of an area where progression slows down a bit and some enemies are just bulky! (Castle kriegspire, for instance). I’m at the point where I just came out of Ghariks forge and completed all the council quests.

I deal decent damage with mastered elemental magic and a bit of light magic here and there (I decided to goof around and go light magic for all my guys to spam prismatic light to clear crowds in dungeons, lol). Regardless of this, and the fact that all my guys are masters in meditation, mana feels like a struggle.

So all dungeons kind of just feel like these repeated experiences where I setup a Lloyds beacon with my water mage, kill some mobs, town portal to Sorpigal, use the temple, beacon back in, repeat.

I was wondering, is mage gameplay in MM6 just Lloyd’s beaconing back and forth to the dungeon like this? It would be nice to not have the gameplay be so dependant on the spell…and yes, I know, it’s a singleplayer game, but what is the alternative? Walking/flying to the nearest town?

Because progression feels very slow around the level 40s, it’s also very difficult to not take the beacon, because mastering water magic doesn’t have that high requirements to begin with. When it comes to potions, I usually have one guy collect all empty flasks and ingredients, but the basic mana potions only give 20 mana, so they are not very encouraging to use, unless I need the mana to beacon out…lol

Might just also be what I’ve come down to using as a result of how I’ve built my party but, how often do you use the beacon? Do you have any tips or tricks on how to extend trips and not rely too much on beaconing around?

Thanks
