Anyone got hit with a bad cold?

Just got wrecked with a nasty sinus cold. The sore throat lasted only like 5 hours, and the sinus congestion and headaches have been ruining the past 2 days.

I wonder if something is going around.

Update (day 2): it's 2:30 AM, have been trying to sleep for the past 4 hours... experiencing like dilirium at this point. Racing mind. Cant fall asleep. Chills. Fever. Peeing every 30 minutes. Jaw pain is at a 10/10 from swollen glands and lymph nodes. This is a miserable miserable miserable experience.

Update (day 3): Noon the next day. Feeling much better from last night, which was hell, though still noticeably sick. Managed to get about 6 hours of trash sleep. Hopefully, with more rest today, I'll feel better.

Update (day 3): 9PM. Actually starting to feel significantly better now. Just a sudden shift at around 5PM today, which is, luckily, a very typical course when it comes to how I recover from colds. In other words, they are gnarly for 2 days and then I tend to get better quite rapidly. Probably a lot of lifestyle factors at play here (healthy diet, consistent supplementing, tons of exercise, good sleep, and the such). Let's hope this trend of recovery continues in the next few days.

Update (day 4): 7PM, I'm basically symptom free by this point! That was rough, but the worst of jt is done now. 95% better.
