Neutered Orange Cat, missing one fang, too friendly for his own good. Very wary of vehicle traffic. Not a loud purrer.
Very vocal occasionally, about wanting out, but usually a meow or two at the door.
Tigger lives at 138 Hartley, he keeps 2 of his senior pets very busy catering to his high priority needs
