My micro gym…work in progress
I am still setting everything up but so far I am happy with my stuff.
I also have 220kg of plates and non branded Eisenlinks dumbbells 2x65kg.
I need to keep a small footprint as this is my office and I don’t have the space as some of you guys that are living in houses (I am in an apartment)
For the base I went with 15mm rubber mats and on top is a 21mm high quality beech plywood.
This is mostly to distribute the load, even tho the building is concrete building with 25cm concrete floors, it also helps with the noise.
This is just some of the equipment, I am also happy with the bench. It’s solid as a rock but it’s around 60kg heavy.
I can’t share any links, this all ordered from China directly from a factory (besides the dumbbells, barbell, and attachments are all from Europe).
