I have a recently approved H1B petition (March 2026) - petition was submitted in mid-2025, through a US consultancy, but I don’t plan to move until Aug 2027.

My current employer in India wants me to apply for a B1/B2 for a 2-week business trip this September/October, 2026.

1. Will having an approved H1B petition lead to an automatic B1/B2 rejection for "intent conflict"?

2. If the B1/B2 is rejected, will it cause issues for my H1B stamping in 2027?
