Stuck between Japan, Korea, and China

I’m going to study abroad soon and was wondering what of these three would be preferable. I’m mainly doing it for fun and it has been difficult choosing. On one hand I am Chinese but I don’t know how to read or speak the dialect for the program I can go to. On the other hand I been to Japan for vacation and really enjoyed it. And for Korea I really enjoy Korean food and would like to experience something new. If you have been can you let me know some experience or give me advice?
