Why is Diamantinasaurus always depicted so densely armoured and bulky?

Why is Diamantinasaurus always depicted so densely armoured and bulky?

So yeah, just wondering why so many old depictions of Diamantinasaurus reconstruct it so bulky and heavily armoured. I assume the horizontal inclination is just a holdover from the WWD diplodocus craze. But was there any particular reason why it was reconstructed like this? Is this level of bulk and armour still likely? So many questions.

Credit to the documentary Australia: A Time Traveller's Guide for the pic btw.

Anyone here heard of ingenttoday on instagram? If so, do they use AI? Hopefully not.

*I know there's a rule against posting AI slop but this post is to discuss whether it is AI slop or not. Mods, feel free to take this down if you have to.*

There's this account on Instagram called ingenttoday, and they post a bunch of JP/JW related stuff. Some of the "art" they post seems to look AI-generated, but a lot of it also looks too well-done to be AI. Maybe they're drawing it, and then AI does some horrible stuff to it?

Here's just a couple of pics from the account for reference, so credit to them and all.

But yeah, I just wanted to discuss the account here and whether it uses AI or not. Frankly, the account seems really cool, so hopefully, they don't. 🙏

But it is concerning.
