Who should I focus on rankings?

A1 low sig spiral or unawakened Juggs? It’s unlikely I get the sigs in the budget for spiral but all Juggs would need to be S-tier would be one pull (he wouldn’t be first in line for the mystic AG though).

Bit crossed here, rank up materials have felt more scarce recently.
