Normal pain or should I worry?

I had implants placed and my temporary top arch attached three weeks ago. Today I went for a post-op check, all looked well. He removed the top arch to check the gums, no issues, but noticed a release of pressure (not painful) when he took them off. Gums were a little tender when he screwed everything back on, which makes sense. I did notice the increase in pressure deep inside where the implants are in my bone when he put it back on. It's been back on for a couple hours now, and internally in the spots where my implant posts are it's really sore. It feels like pressure and soreness spread over the top bone where the implants are placed. The front posts especially are sore, but it's spread pretty evenly. There isn't one that's more sore than the other. It's not excruciating pain, but enough that I'm uncomfortable. Is this normal? Obviously I'm gong to call tomorrow to double check, but it's a deep dull ache, similar feeling to when I had my braces tightened as a teenager.
