I’m on the verge of buying an IR sauna for my home. My biggest hangup right now is that I’m worried about VOCs and off-gassing when it comes to cleaning and sanitizing the sauna.

What kind of wood is safest? Hemlock and cedar are the most common options I’ve seen.

Also how often should you clean an IR sauna, and what do you use?

I dropped my external disk off my desk while it was plugged in. Now it doesn't show up but the light comes on and I can hear it spinning like normal. There are no clickings, but I took it to a local repair shop and they sent it off to a "specialist lab." They just called me back with a quote for $1,500. The drive only cost me $60.
