Let me first say I'm new to 3d printing this is my first device, it's a Bambulabs a1, i only print from the maker world. Yesterday while printing a big blob of plastic got stuck to the nozzle, i removed it by pulling it hard now there is some wires protruding out from behind the nozzle, I don't know what I did and I want to know is there anything I should do

Please help

Update: Everyone thank you for all the suggestions and ideas, I got the hotend assembly replaced, thanks a lot for all advice
