I M32 and my wife F30 separated a few weeks ago. She was a SAHM and relied completely on me. Before we separated she got her own bank account. She is living with family and I still relies on me to send her money. One of the issues that we have is her spending. I found out today she is using our joint account without consulting me. Can I remove her without any repercussions if we end up divorced? I will still send her money but I’m trying to limit how bad of a position she puts us in.
