Hey all! I order from an Etsy seller for a handmade decorative keychain on February 21st. The reviews for them seemed really good and the items looked adorable so I bought it! The item description said that photo updates would be sent so I figured I would be getting updates. I sent photos in and got nothing. On March 23rd, I reached out again where the seller told me about their appointments and said I’d get updates soon. I don’t get any updates and in two more weeks on April 7th, I reach out yet again. The seller said that they were currently working on my order and it’d be shipped out within that week or the next week. I really thought my issue would be resolved but it’s May 1st and my item STILL HASNT BEEN SHIPPED! What do I do? I feel like I need to do a charge back, but I’d feel horrible to do that to someone who needs the money for treatments and stuff. Am I even still able to do a charge back at this point?
