wanted to ask if there is a Laptop, that someone reaches the level of keeping all data privat. Basically on the same level like messanger Apps called "simpleX". Of course the one thing is a laptop, the other a messanger. But i wanna ask if there is a laptop that makes you Invisible for the gouvernement and hacker and also is good for programming.

I ask this for a friend, since we kinda asked ourselves if that exits.

Basically im in school and they use visuals studio code. I only have a laptop and no idea of Programming honestly. Should i install Linux? Probably a program clichee to ask this haha
