The University of Manchester SU is blatantly pandering to Muslims

This is one of only three motions put forward for voting recently by the University of Manchester’s student union, accommodating Friday as a Muslim holy day. It represent what the student union considers worthwhile and relevant for its students: a university-wide referendum to observe the timings of Muslim rituals.

If you don’t already know, the second picture is what Manchester looks like just a few minutes’ walk south of the University. And to top it all off, the SU will regularly ask its student how well they feel represented by it and its activities when they pull stunts like this.
