Does anyone else get horrible acne and inflammation with anything containing oats?

I really love oats like oatmeal, oat cookies, Cheerios, oatmilk, protein bars, etc. since I’m intolerant to dairy so it’s a wonderful alternative. but I find whenever I eat these I get a horrible acne flair and inflammation. it really sucks because I’d love to even use oat skincare since it’s aimed towards calming and such, and I hear all of these benefits. does anyone else have this same issue and any idea what causes it? Is it the sugar levels in it?

I’ve been dealing with amenorrhea and they are doing blood work, I eat a pretty balanced diet which is why I’m confused. I do admit maybe for a while I was undereating but I eat regularly as I did before and there’s still so sign of it coming. I’ve had countless doctor visits and they say my weight is normal, bloodwork and thyroid seems to be okay. now my obgyn is testing my pituitary. this feeling is aweful i feel so tired, emotional, bloated, and thirsty. I’m trying to eat more fats like avocado and nuts and fish. unfortunately I can’t have dairy. I really don’t want to go on BC or meds. any advice 😔
