How do I get my doctor to treat me for long covid? 33 male non smoker

I had covid multiple times during the pandemic. I was vaccinated once with the j&j vaccine and had a really weird reaction to it. Since 2021 I have struggled with fatigue and brain fog to the point now where I sleep all night and then have to take a 4 hour nap during the day. My liver enzymes are elevated despite my lifestyle changes and now I've been diagnosed with fatty liver. Through imaging they found a 4 cm cyst on my kidney. I am struggling to lose weight. I am 240 lbs, non smoker, non drinker, and I am taking 40 mg of Ritalin a day for ADHD.

I have switched doctors a couple times because I can't get them to listen to me and they seem to ignore my concerns about long covid. I was married this last year and have really good insurance through my wife's work and am not looking to change doctors or medical companies for quite a while so I just want to be able to get my doctor to take me serious into looking at this as a long covet issue because my life is in disarray. I'm too weak to work on my car and house. My jobs is suffering and unless I come up with a diagnosis I may lose my job.

My current doctor hasn't acknowledged that I think it's long covid how do I get her to take it seriously?
