Seeking HVAC Owners Opinions
Im a solo, one man business who is trying to help hvac owners solve some everyday problems and improve their efficiency.
I have a concept that i am working on that im curious if it would actually benefit HVAC owners. Ive created an after hours phone assistant that can triage hvac service requests, schedule appointments for the hvac owner, and for emergency after hour requests, text the on call technician with all of the information from the clients request. Come morning time when everybody is back in office, the assistant emails a summary of all the calls that came in to the owner/office admin to ensure they are up to date.
My thinking on this is how many after hours inbound requests are lost due to a client leaving a voicemail to maybe 2-3 companies, and decide to move forward with whichever company gets back to them first the next morning. This would directly solve for that issue as the assistant would automatically schedule the clients request based off of the companies availability.
If the assistant could help book 1-2 extra requests/appointments per month from after hours requests & eliminate the race for trying to contact the client first and beat the potential other companies that the client may have called.
Would love for brutally honest opinions on this lol.
