Hi I just done 4 days back subcision with Microneedling i have 5 chickenpox scars so my dermatologist told me you need subcision they apply numbing cream for a 30min and all is fine but she not using any serum while doing Microneedling but we not do whole face just 6 perticular scars and stamping method she use does it's fine or ha serum required? I am not facing any issue but just it's safe or not ?
