Fat ratios and satisfaction
I’ve been strict carnivore for 2 years. I’ve gone through many “experiments” of how much to eat, what fat/protein ratio, extreme fasting protocols, and I’m happy with way I look now, I look athletic and strong, but not shredded with rippling abs. I really want to eat unrestricted fatty meat till satiation everyday but I’m afraid I’ll gain a ton of weight and lose my attractiveness.
I also lift weights 5 days a week.
I come from being obese as a kid, so the thought of eating ribeye, oxtail, chuck, everyday is scary. I’ve tried it for 1 month unrestricted and I was eating 3-4 lbs of fatty meat a day. I got scared and switched to way less fat and leaner meats.
Any athletes here eat 3-4 lbs of fatty meat a day and like the way they look?
