Cooler not cooling

This cooler will not cool, could you recommend what to troubleshoot/check first?

VFD Alarm

Cooling Tower Fan VFD going into alarm all of a sudden. Fuses in VFD are good, can anyone recommend what to troubleshoot/check? Or what could be causing this alarm all of a sudden?

Pump is leaking

Valved it off and shut off @ VFD. Anybody know how I can fix this issue?
