This is agony and my anxiety is getting the best of me

How tf we feeling baby- trying not to have a panic attack every 30 seconds over here…

Dude I have been losing my mind… I feel like I forgot everything I wrote and I like can’t remember my MC at all for the MBE.

MPTs are making me so nervous.

Please someone help my anxiety.

New York I’m losing my mental health bc of this… as a first time taker I’m not doing well.. anxiety 10/10. Sleep 0/10. Feelings negative/10.

Trying to stay positive and was strong on manifesting in beginning but this past week I have lost all my mental ability to stay focused and positive.
