Want to start IF, can I get some tips?
I am 19F and weight around 85kg, I want to drop to around 70 - 65.
I work out on the sea and cant cook my own meals for 2 weeks, Im not sure what type of IF would suit me. I work a very giving job and need to use my muscles everyday.
But im also here because of bad binge eating.
I want to be able to eat and not crave anything sweet after.
I want to be able to be sad without wanting to eat.
What would you guys recommend?
I used to go the gym a lot but because of work and soon moving I havent been able to, so that why I want to give this a try. Thank you for any recommendations :)
