Bose not accepting warranty?

Hi guys. I purchased a pair of refirbed quiet comfort 2 earbuds in December.

They’ve been terrible so far. The audio constantly cuts out they rarely together, and the right earbud has started to lose a major majority of its sound (I have tried to unclog it there’s nothing there).

I went to the Bose website to request a replacement since I figured it was under the one year warranty. However, the website says that I’m not eligible for a replacement as it’s out of warranty and the only option is to spend $200 on another pair of earbuds.

Am I missing something here?

I thought all products came with the one-year warranty. And since the issue was internal and not related to my own wrongdoing that they would give me a free replacement?

Am I just shit out of luck then? TIA!

Experience Doing Fanmeets w/o Language Knowledge?

Basically the title haha.

I was wanting to go to the KoL fan meet in Tokyo in June, and I know (according to prior meets) that they tend to speak Japanese at these even though they do speak English (not that i'd expect them to speak english in japan). I do not really care about not understanding what is going on, but I was wondering if it kind of ruins the vibe?

I know people say to wait til they would do a fan meet in the US, but I am moving to Korea in the next few months anyways for grad school so it's not like I would meet them there anyways.

It's either I do the KoL fan meet or go to a 2nd Babymonster concert, so I am not sure if anyone has some advice about these. Thanks in advance!
