I feed this carrot and parsley but not on a daily bc I know that’s not good just need a little help to keep them healthy

After losing 500 after just going funded after having the best paper trading months and passing eval with 100% profit rate kinda got me in my head but I know it comes with it I know what I didn’t wrong I traded off a gap and didn’t really try to make a clear setup before I got it like i usually do

I love them so much but they won’t come to me or eat when I try to give them food form my hand when I pick them up they let me pat them I just want to build a good bond with them I know it takes time but is there anything I can do now to get them to trust me a little bit more so we can all cuddle together and watch movies
