Hello,

I've just got the neptune 4 Pro, first hours after leveling (manual and automatic) it was working perfectly but then Ive tried one print and it failed at the very first layer so I've removed the plate. I restarted the printing but forgot to put the plate so the nozzle made a tiny hole on the bed (just the epoxy I think) but i've put the plate directly and the printing was great. Later I've printed a benchy, it was good. since then I don't know why it wouldn't print anything correctly.

You can see the begining of the benchy with those puddles of PLA and same for the plane, voids between the lines and with the puddles it pulls the outer line and failed the printing.

What should I correct please?

Hello guys,

I'm not a newbir to 3d printing but first time I use an elegoo.

I received mine 3 days ago, did the leveling etc

So now I start playing with it.

- printing right now but forgot to put the magnetic bed which I put in place before the end of the preheating

- but during the go to home phase, seemed like the nozzle was hiting in the bed and seems like it put a hole in it...

What was wrong here? Was it the missing of the bed?
