How does a minor car accident in another country—like what happened to me in the UK—affect your new car insurance when you move to Italy? Yesterday, I accidentally scratched my neighbor’s car because a gust of wind pushed my door open. I officially notified the police and my insurance, but I didn’t get any compensation because my car wasn’t damaged. I’m still unsure how this will affect my insurance when I move to Italy. Has anyone been through this when moving? I’d really appreciate any advice!

Hi everyone, I’m looking for some legal advice regarding a minor accident that happened yesterday. I live in Scotland.

I was parked outside my building, and as I opened the driver’s door, a gust of wind caused it to swing and hit the car next to me, leaving a vertical mark on their vehicle. My car is completely fine, no damage. I’ve already reported the incident to the police and my insurance. The thing is, I was about to sell my car—I listed it just the day before. My question is: since the car wasn’t physically damaged, do I still need to disclose this incident to the buyer? Could it show up somewhere on a record, or do I need to adjust the price, even if there was no damage? I’m not from the UK, so I’m unsure about the legal obligations here. Any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi everyone, one year ago I finished studying oil painting in Florence, and I realized that, while the courses were amazing, I didn’t get practical advice on how to navigate the business side of working with figurative art. I’m totally okay with starting as a side earner because I know it takes time to build a full income, but I would be extremely grateful for any advice from people who’ve worked with figurative art.

I managed to sell a few portraits so far, but tbh I feel more drawn to paint landscapes but have not managed to sell them. Also, I live in a small village in the Italian countryside—do you think that will affect my chances of earning with art, or is it not a big deal nowadays?
