Seeking advice: Apartment recommendations near Baybrook (Walkability to Life Time & Baytown Commute)
Hi everyone! Couple moving to the area soon and are stuck and not able to choose Apartments
Our Priorities:
Life Time Gym: I really want to be within walking distance of the Life Time gym. (Max 30mins walking)
Commute: husband will be commuting to Baytown daily.
Daily Errands: I’d love to be able to walk/run quick grocery errands or grab coffee without always needing a car.
BHK: We need a 2-bed/2-bath.
Price: 2000$-2200$ max
Are there any other costs to consider?
Some more Questions:
Is the walk to Life Time actually safe/doable? It looks close on maps, but is there decent sidewalk access?
How is the noise level? We’re worried about being so close to the mall traffic and I-45.
Any major "red flags" I should know about (pests, car break-ins, or flood history)?
