Curious if meta could be worth it- tendon already seems pretty loose pre-op
Hi! I’ve been considering a meta for quite a while now, but I’m wondering if anyone has maybe been in a similar boat here- I love the idea of it, but I wonder if it would ultimately be worth the money and the healing.
To me it seems like the tendon that is released during a metoidioplasty is already pretty loose on me- kind of like my dick isn’t super tethered to my body as it is now? I know the release of that tendon is a large part of the surgery, which makes me wonder if you see much of a result if it’s already pretty lax. I don’t plan on scrotal implants, and standing to pee isn’t all that important to me (although it would be cool).
I’ve also considered just getting a labial reduction for aesthetic/functional reasons, but I’m increasingly curious about a meta.
Has anyone had a similar thought process/experience? If you were kinda “untethered” or whatever pre-op and had the surgery, did other aesthetic changes feel meaningful to you? Length, girth, positioning, etc?
