Recertification but haven't heard anything?
so, did my recert march 9th since the letter stated to do it before the 15th.
we have heard nothing . call, "we are backed up"... we dont have insurance, food stamps. anything. I dont understand the issue and calling gets us no answers.
does anyone have advice?
