I don't know who needs to hear this, but.

Weight loss dieting is more about the food actually on your plate in terms of getting ample nutrition.

Rather, it is about the food off your plate, how many meals you have avoided, or how long you've gone without eating.

This will give you more sustainable progress and results without forcing yourself to go hungry or the trouble of gaining all your weight back.

There is no benefit in avoiding food, skipping meals or going several full days without eating if, in between, you are suffering cravings, hunger pangs and general body weakness.

Those are not to be normalised because it is your body telling you that its own health is the price to pay for your desperate need to lose belly fat.

Instead, focus on getting enough nutrition with each meal, and you will naturally be able to manage your portions and how many times you eat in a day or week.

The water area where the bridges pass is still under work (city expansion).

I like building my city with closed-off sections to make it feel more realistic, as there won't be packed traffic, which would make more sense for a residential area if you would like to live somewhere in the city in a standalone house without having heavy traffic right in front of your house. What do you all think?

I haven't seen much built around the fact that people need food, and I think food-specialisation buildings like restaurants, cafes, and hotels that are neither entertainment, parks, nor gambling, nor the lame material production shops that add nothing to the city.
