I have been scared to sleep for 3 days because of this experience (Viberational state, but not how everybody discribes it) HELP

Hi everyone, I have been interested in shifting for a while, I knew that astral projection was real, but was just not that interested in it. However, I try to shift almost every night, I shift sucessfully but not to my DR (Desired Reality), just random places my mind makes up, whatever. The way I could identify the difference between a dream and a shift is that everytime I shift I live normally without realizing I am not in my original reality but then I notice something weird, I start screeming and then I get back to my original reality, but the wake up comes with an intense vibration before I finally wake up. So there was this night I shifted to two places and the same pattern happened, live there normally, notice something weird, snap, vibrate, wake up. But after I woke up from the last shift I sat there to realize what was going on, and then the disaster happened. I collapsed on the pillow. I LITERALLY FAINTED. Everything went black. And then I started feeling these INTENSE vibrations throughout my body, like I was being tazered, no it was not buzzing, no it was not slight numbness, I felt like I was being tazered. It also sounded like when you remove a RAM from a running PC with a video on (search it on youtube). Along with intense ear ringing. And I was COMPLETELY PARALYZED. I could not move at all and then I saw myself, on the pillow and I looked like I was de*d. My mouth was opened, I usualy sleep that way but that does not matter when you can LITERALLY SEE YOURSELF. Also we were in the morning but I saw the room and the environment around me dark like it was night. It is terrifying. But that was not what scared me, what scared me was the feeling, I was stuck like that for a while like 30 secs or something. And when I search it, people say they can move their bodies when they experince it, and that it feels nice, WTF this pisses me off so bad like, am I crazy? What is this and what should I do about it. The next day I tried to brush it off and sleep normally and then it was about to start again but I broke off of it. I cannot sleep since then. It is traumatizing, not buzzy, not tingly, not numbing. IT IS STRAIGHT ELECTRICAL SHOCKS.
