Hey everyone,

My two friends and I (all 25) are planning a short trip to Europe at the end of July (22–27 July), and we’re trying to figure out the best destination for us.

One of us is actually celebrating a birthday on the 24th, so we’re looking for somewhere with a bit of a fun vibe rather than a super chill-only trip.

What we’re mainly after:

Not too long a flight from Israel

Mid-range budget (not luxury, but not ultra budget either)

A mix of nightlife, good food, and some shopping

Ideally some beach or light nature nearby if possible

A place that still feels alive and fun during peak summer season

We’ve already been thinking about places like Prague or Rome, but we’re open to other suggestions in Central/Western Europe if something fits better for that time of year.

Would really appreciate recommendations for 1–2 destinations that you think fit this kind of trip, and why you’d pick them specifically (weather, crowds, vibe in late July, etc.).

I’m 25, from Israel, and I’ve only been abroad twice — both times to Prague, which I absolutely loved. I honestly wouldn’t mind going again because the vibe was perfect for me, but I also feel like I should finally see something new.

I’m trying to plan a short trip for late July (around July 24, which is also my birthday), 4–5 nights, and I can’t really decide where to go.

What I’m looking for is a city with a young crowd, good nightlife, clubs, and also decent shopping. I don’t really want a quiet or “older” vibe.

I guess I’m just a bit overwhelmed since I haven’t really seen much of Europe yet and don’t know what fits this kind of trip.

Hi looking for some direction for a Europe trip

I’m 25 from Israel and I’m planning a 5 to 6 day trip with a friend between July 22–27 One of us has a birthday on July 24 so we want the trip to be a mix of celebration and general summer city break

Budget is around 3 to 4k USD total for both of us

We’re mainly looking for a lively European city in peak summer with good nightlife and clubs a young crowd not an older vibe some shopping optional beach if possible and lots of energy during the day and night

We’ve only been to Prague before so we don’t have much comparison experience in Europe yet

Right now we’re considering places like Berlin Barcelona and Madrid but we’re not locked in and would be open to other suggestions that fit this kind of vibe

Would appreciate any general direction or cities that feel right for this kind of short summer trip
