I hope we get something similar to this. Personally I don’t like the hoodie but I need them white bandages. I’m very intrigued in the flames. Will we get black or white flames or a full on toggle? What do y’all think?

Anyone here play cap on console and also play venom equally well. I just find venom insanely more team dependent than cap. I can run celestial lobbies so easily on cap whether solo dive or with a second dive but I just find venom so clunky. It feels like I don’t do damage sometimes and it’s so annoying having to escape. It feels like he needs constant pocketing. I’m just wondering if there’s any current good cap mains that who are also good on venom?
Do you guys hold RT/Left Click with Venom or do you tap ? He has no reload so just wondering :)
The Thing has the worst match up/winrate against bp and the whole of dive. His winrate is actually positive against true counters to him which are poke characters such as Punisher, Phoenix etc. However, when we look at how he performs against BP it’s horrible. You know why? He is a character that people switch to when they are losing to dive. People often go Thing as soon as they see dive or without even knowing how to play the character. Now you could use this and say “we need to buff Thing against BP” but let’s be real he’s a hard counter to BP, everyone knows that.
Thing suffers to poke and characters like Phoenix, Hela and Punisher because he doesn’t have a shield and he’s a brawler. Since his winrate is positive with those characters you could argue he’s a decent character. The point of this post is to show that there’s a lot of variables to winrates and pick rates, it’s not always High Winrate = Broken Character. Dive has a high winrate on paper because of one tricks, usually lower pick rates and people switching off if they do bad.
Characters like Winter Soldier also have a bad winrate because people switch to them as a crutch for anti diving or doing better when a dps doesn’t work. This usually results in more losses and a worse winrate. You can see that winter soldier’s winrate went up this season despite him getting a big nerf to his grounding.
Why do you guys hate anything that’s fun or mobile in this game, mostly divers obviously, but the same happened to Elsa. I’ve noticed a pattern that whenever a new character drops and that character is fun and mobile, think Deadpool, Daredevil, Elsa, Black Cat, etc., you guys try extra hard to tell people that the character is insanely easy to play and that the character needs major nerfs. You will literally already call them broken before they even release instead of just enjoying the game. I’ve noticed the same doesn’t apply to supports like Gambit when they first released; it seems to heavily apply to mobile DPS characters specifically melee divers, with a few exceptions such as Elsa.
I personally enjoy characters like Rogue, Cap, Daredevil, Deadpool, and Black Cat, essentially versatile mobile heroes, and I’m sick of people also picking these characters to call them “braindead, button-mashing, easy”. Why don’t we hear “Phoenix is easy”, “Scarlet Witch is easy”? It’s always so conveniently a non-melee dive player or a support main saying “DD is braindead”.
I know this isn’t everyone in the community, but it’s a large enough portion. I mean, we have people perma-banning DD to this day even after nine nerfs and still calling him broken. I urge you to try playing him in a high celestial game as a solo dive. “DD is annoying”, so is Namor, Hela, Groot, so is Phoenix, who is undivable and unkillable at any range. I’m fine with so many characters being busted; don’t get me started on supports; however, y’all can’t allow melee or fun characters to exist.
Before I hear “you’re having fun, but others won’t”, “you only enjoy them because they are broken”, I’m literally the biggest flex player, and I’ve been maining Cap, Iron Fist, and so many heroes that are called horrible. I don’t play heroes because “you think they are broken”. I just like versatility, mobility, and how fun their kits are. I’m sorry I don’t want to play Hela and snipe people across the map, sorry. Now can we enjoy a character like Black Cat without crybabies trying to ruin every single good thing about this game?
