I'm ready for the downvotes here. I understand a lot of the LA28 marketing mentioned cheap tickets, but considering this is a premium/apex of sport event, and being held in one of the most expensive cities in the US, the ticket prices accurately reflect that overall. When I was looking at prices during Drop 1 yesterday, most tickets were on par for what I have paid for professional sports in the US, and medal events were on par with with I've seen for comparable seating zones for NFL playoffs and Superbowls.
