Salary stopped, so I finally had to bet on myself — building Velmont Crest, one small businesses to help other UAE small businesses

Hi everyone,
I wanted to introduce myself properly, not just as a business, but as someone trying to build from the ground up here in the UAE.
I was working a low-salary job while slowly trying to start something on the side. The plan was to build quietly, take small steps, and not take too much risk.
But because of the war/situation affecting the company I was working for, salary payments became irregular and then stopped completely. I waited for some time, hoping things would improve, but eventually I had to accept that I couldn’t depend on it anymore.
So I left.
Now I’m focusing full-time on the small business I had started: **Velmont Crest Accounting**.
My work is in accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, Corporate Tax, and compliance support for UAE small businesses.
And honestly, after going through the stress of unstable income myself, I understand small business owners differently now. When you are small, every dirham matters. Every delay hurts. Every mistake feels expensive. And when someone talks to you with complicated terms or tries to sell you something you don’t understand, it becomes even more frustrating.
That’s why I’m trying to build Velmont Crest in a simple way.
Not scary tax language.
Not overpriced corporate-style packages.
Not pressure selling.
Just clear, practical help for small UAE business owners who want to keep their books clean, understand VAT and Corporate Tax, avoid penalties, and know where their business actually stands.
