Flight Data for school project?
I asked in DCSWorld too; I'm doing a final project for Kalman Filtering (estimation of states like position, velocity, etc with the use of real-time data) and the professor said we can do it on anything we want as long as we have data, its non-linear, stochastic (random, unpredictable). He wants us to be creative rather than just estimating orbits, re-entry, etc.
I want to use DCS flight telemetry data as my data. I think data from an aircraft doing missile avoidance checks all the boxes. Id need time, x y z coordinate and velocity vector data. Idk if anyone here has some already or would be able to provide it. Thanks!
