I feel every heart beat because my chest cavity is too small. I was feeling very overheated and bloated and gross with chest pain and right before these readings on my Apple Watch I had 4-5 PVCs in a row which thankfully didn’t throw me into an arrhythmia like last time.

Why is it so squiggly, I was extremely still when taking it, sitting down and not shaky.
