I recieved a letter in the mail today saying I owe them $1026 when a) I've never even signed up and b) I've never even been to their website, everything on the letter seems official though not entirely sure what to do with it other than just ignore it

Edit: Got in contact with the financial department and they'd said I'll hear back from them in 7-10 days from their fraud department so hopefully it gets all sorted out, thanks for the help!
