Rash driving in residential areas is getting ridiculous

Cars flying through narrow lanes like it’s a highway, no slowing down at turns... no awareness at all. Kids, pets, elders none of that matters

Don’t get how basic common sense disappears when people get behind the wheel

Triathlon is my escapism

It's basically my version of switching everything else off and follow this specific routine I’ve built at this point.

After a few Ironmans it has stopped being about finishing times. Now its all about those long solo sessions where I’m just holding steady power, staying in aero longer than I want to.

Everything becomes simple there. and thats probably the only time things feel that controlled
