Rat info: 220# adult male presenting with psoriasis-like dermatitis, inflammatory joint involvement, and increased gastrointestinal sensitivity.
Research Stack
Reta 2.3mg (weekly until 10% weight lose then 1mg every other week)
Ghkcu 3mg (daily)
KPV .5mg (daily)
MT1 .5mg (2x week after loading at 2mg daily for 10 days)
Initially report:
Reta: started subject at 2mg. Initial IBS the night after, subsided quickly after initial weekly dose. Sensitivity to high fat/carb content in food. Important to avoid high fat and carb foods. Bowel movements improved. Subject voluntarily choose to eat healthier alternatives even when presented with higher fat/carb/caloric alternatives. Decreased desire for alcohol. Subject would avoid when offered.
Ghkcu and KPV: Subject presented with redness and splotching on skin as well as psoriasis. Redness and splotching reduced but psoriasis didn’t improve. Mobility and joint health improved.
MT1: initial flushing with almost immediate onset after injection, lasting for about 30mins. Improved pigment development, reduced peeling, and decreased time from burn to tan development. Little to no nausea reported.
Have been maintaining stack for roughly 3 months. Other than tenderness at injection site and light bruising, no other reported side effects. All sub Q.
