Hi Farmers!

I'm planning to buy a house near the red area and I've discovered there's a farm in the green area. They mainly have cows, and very few pigs.

I know nothing about farming and was wondering if living this close you'd be smelling or hearing things? If so, would it be often and would it be that much of a disturbance?

Tbh I'm mainly worried if it could put other people off if I had to resell. Any thoughts would be really appreciated 🙏🏻
