Our batch had some history with this certain consultant that resulted with his termination as a lecturer in our school. Recently na promote sya as training officer of his department. Apparently he has been telling our seniors na inaabangan niya yung batch namin and maghanda kami. Our seniors are also experiencing bad interactions with him na sa ward.

Tbh it has been bothering and affecting my mental health for the past few months. I have no other hospital choices for clerkship. Also, i know that raising this concern with our school faculty will just result in gaslighting at baka kami pa yung pagalitan. Super traumatized because may nangyaring verbal abuse and intimidation.

Do you have some tips on how to deal with this?
